Service Blows 4/5/2012

In general, I've been happy with the Big O chain. They seem to have reasonable prices and decent service. However, when I've returned to the store in Loveland to have my tires rotated and balanced on two separate occassions, I leave only to find out the tires either weren't balanced or balanced incorrectly. I've had to go to the Fort Collins store to have them correct the problem which is frustrating. If you are going to buy tires, go to the Fort Collins store. more
