Big O Tires

RIP OFF CENTRAL these hillbillys think they're real smart. Went there only because it was the closest place to get an alignment. Big O said they couldn't do it without doing a over $900 in bearings work. Had that done by my mechanic for half what they quoted. Went back, Big O, after making me wait for over two hours on a scheduled visit, said my tie rods were bad, $200 to fix, took it to my mechanic, he said they were fine. Went elsewhere for my alignment, no problems, no mention of tie rods or any other problem, got my aligment.\r Nice try Bubba. \r Folks take your car anywhere else... more

I've known Dan and Les for many years, from when they were in business in Olathe. They've always treated me and my business with the utmost respect, care, professionalism and concern for my needs, i.e., what's best for my interests. And it goes without saying, they are more than friendly and bring a personal touch to their work. I take my girls cars to them and recommend my friends and family to them. Think twice before going to Big O Tires! I wish I could provide you with a better review on this business but I've had nothing but a poor and bad experience with this tire and car service business. Maybe my experience with them is more of an exception than the rule but I really believe that I need to warn you to either go somewhere else or at least get a 2nd opinion before you have Big O Tires in Gardner, KS work on your vehicle. Tires are no doubt Big O Tires? best forte but when it comes to other vehicle services .... think twice before you entrust your vehicle to them. Recently, I brought my vehicle in and had some exhaust system work diagnosed and completed by them that cost me over $350 dollars. After the repair was made, I have since had to bring it back to them on 3 separate occasions for the same problem and now to my chagrin, I have found out from another Big O Tire affiliate that these services weren't needed and that a different repair is going to be required that wil more

I have had tires put on at Big O Tires twice. Both times I had ordered the tires from an online store and they were willing to put them on for me. Excellent service and the staff is very friendly. I would highly recommend this company for tire installation. more

Its hard to find a trustworthy mechanic. I have had great luck with these guys and their tires. I have never had to wait, they always get me right in and they give me great deals on tires. One time the owner hooked me up with a brand new tire for a used tire price just because they didnt carry the brand I originally asked for. I have referred others to them who have also had good experiences as well. more
