Great customer service and quality fast service 1/22/2008

This was my first time at Big O Tires in the Bay area. I received the best service. I had a flat and had to get it fixed right away. I called shortly before they were closing and they had me come in and I was out quickly at a very reasonable price. The tires on my car are not a common size and I couldn't believe they had them in stock. Sure enough I was in and out quickly even will all the people there to get their cars serviced before they closed. I will definately continue to do business here. Pros: Fast & Friendly more

Big-O has the best warranty 8/28/2007

I was given a great deal on tires....The staff was very knowledgable in both tires and service. Even the guys in the shop greated me. more

Big-O in San Mateo has great service and very friendly 8/28/2007

I don't know a lot about cars and when I first got to Big-O I was greated with great smiles. I was telling the owner that my brakes were squeaking and I was getting a vibration when braking. They immediately pulled my vehicle in their shop to check it out. As I was waiting to get a response on my brakes the owners were talking with me, which made me feel comfortable right away. Even though I know little about cars they brought me out to my car to show me what was going on . They gave me a very reasonable price on brakes and were willing to give me a ride to work. I wasn't pressured into doing anything I was not comfortable with and I wasn't taken advantage of just because I am a women. I will be recommening Big-O Tires to my family and friends. more

BIG O TIRE SAN MATEO HAS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE 8/28/2007

I had some work done at Big O Tire in San Mateo and I had just gone in for an oil change. They let me know that my brakes were aprox 80% worn. they were very professional and showed me why they needed to be replaced by taking me to my vehicle to showme the uneven where from inner pad to outter pad. I did not even know they did anything other than tires. So, not only did I get my tires rotated my oil changed they wre also able to replace my brakes, align my vehicle and also service my air conditioning. I know have a one stop shop to go to. Thank you Dave, Chris, and stephanie, you guys were great! Pros: service with a smile, great prices and awesome customer service Cons: the owner was ugly more
