I swear that this store only employs cashiers. My husband and I were recently looking for a swing set for our daughter and had seen them on sale in the KMart flyer. We couldn't find them, so we asked a cashier where they were (she didn't know) and then wandered around the store for around an hour before we finally found another employee to help us find the swingsets. She pointed in a general direction and I told her we couldn't find them over there. She took us to them (a tiny display of miniature swingsets on a shelf in the middle of sporting goods) and we found there were no prices, brand information, sale information, or any information at all- just little models. I told her I needed to know the prices and more information before I'd buy one. She gave a sigh and took off, saying she's see what she could find out. Over 1/2 hour later, she came back with the brand name- nothing else. We gave up and left.
This is not an unusual situation in this store. Things like this have happened to me over and over again. I have given up at shopping at this KMart.
