I have never heard of anyone having a bad experience. Their top of the line paint system, helpful staff, and wonderful work ethic make it so painless. They work with a wonderful rental car agency, HERTZ and are willing to make your experience as easy as possible. If you are disgruntled, speak with them because they will do anything to help your experience be a more pleasant one. Attitude is everything and they were just so wonderful to work with!! Pros: just as helpful, easy, honest communication Cons: none---- but if disgruntled let them know in person more

terrible job 11/16/2009

i have been to this place several times to pick up my car and have not accepted it due to the quality of the work provided. I will just take my car as is and bring it to someone who know's what they are doing. Cons: poor quality, can't match paint more
