A wedding is a very big deal to a couple, especially to the bride. So, as a professional company you would think that they would show some type of interest in their potential customers.... Even though the owner was hard to deal with, he said the right things for us to want to use this company. We live out of town and after weeks and weeks of trying to call on the phone and email Big Easy Florist we kept getting put off and excuses. Finally we got them on the phone to lock them in on a contract and the owner ""promised"" to email us a contract that day. We never received it and the next day we got an email saying that "" a bigger wedding just put down a deposit for your date ,so we can not help you"" (i have the email for verifcation)My wife was heart broken! We felt like they were double booking and stalling us to wait on a bigger payday. Good thing I had a back up plan! That's not the way a reputable company does business. Enter at your own risk.
