Big Daddy's Stereo has done several things for me, such as window tinting, stereo installations, speaker enhancements, and Dynamat installation. The experience has been really good over the years. They always do an outstanding job. Pricing is very competitive. Service, follow-up, and the sales experience is equally good no matter who I deal with at the shop. I really don't have anything negative to say about this company. I would not have any reservations in recommending Big Daddy's Stereo to others. I recommend them highly, and I will continue to use them. They are really good at what they do. more

Big Daddy's did some nice stereo work for a couple vehicles that I currently own. It was a real nice job that they did, they got it done, I didn't have to spend much money and they made sure that I was accommodated with all that I wanted. Great job. more

A good experience! 1/28/2014

I've been using Big Daddy's Stereo ever since they started. They are very courteous and professional, and I've never had a bad experience. They installed a new GPS and a backup camera on my truck under the third light, so I can see the inside of the bed and the outside. They also installed an infrared camera on my camper, and they did a drone install for a remote start and alarm. They also installed a backup sensor. They are very reputable, and they have the equipment you need. If they don't, they will order it for you. They're very good about making the appointments. They get you in and out. If you have a problem, they are more than willing to have you come back and straighten it out. You can't go wrong with Big Daddy's Stereo! more

The best place in East Texas for car stereo customization! 1/24/2014

Big Daddy's Stereo does all of the sound system customization for my vehicles. I have been there so many times. Their work can take anywhere from four hours to two weeks, depending on what kind of customization I have them do. (I tend get more customization done than the average person.) I usually know what products I want before going to them with a job, but they are still very helpful. The staff is absolutely excellent. This is the best place in East Texas for stereo customization! more

Big Daddy's does a quality job with friendly customer service. 7/24/2013

Big Daddy's Stereo has done work for years on my vehicle. I just had four vehicles done there last week. They do radios, security systems, and lots of other stuff for me. Clay Bradshaw has excellent customer service. He is the reason I keep using them. They're friendly there, honest, and overall a great asset to our community. They're just a good business. I believe it's a family owned business as well, which makes it even more enjoyable to do business with them. more

Quality customer service 7/23/2013

I've had stereos installed at Big Daddy's Stereo since I was 15 years old and it still sounds good to this day. Anything I had go wrong with any of my equipment or installs, they made sure to make it right. They fixed any mistakes for free. As far as customer service goes, they are unparalleled. I've been doing some of my own work and have been collaborating with Rob to customize some stuff. They'are all around good guys and do a great job. You may find a better price, but whatever you sacrifice in price you'll get back with quality customer service, and then some. more

I've been a customer of Big Daddy's Stereo for about eight to ten years off and on. I go there all the time. My experience has been great. They've done a real good job with the headlights in my car and my son's car. We could go up there every day and spend all our money until we have nothing left. I trust them and everything that they say. I have no problem with them. Be ready for the best experience. They're quality people and know what they are doing. more

Good job 7/22/2013

Big Daddy's Stereo helped me out. I didn't really know what I wanted so they showed me different stereos. I took their recommendation on my truck the first time. They did such a good job, that when I got my second truck, I got another unit from them. I'm real particular. After they put it in, they showed me how everything worked. They were happy to answer any of my questions I had about the systems. I'm planning to go back again because of their friendliness, knowledge, and the quality of the work they do. more

Great service, quick and professional installation! 1/15/2013

I had a JL Audio Microsub installed in my Hyundai Elantra. The price, service and installation were great. The difference the sub makes paired with the factory system makes a huge difference. I'd definitely recommend Big Daddy's to anyone who needs car audio equipment or installation. more

They installed a new DVD player head unit deck for me. They did everything except the speakers, so it was a full install. They've done many things through the years for me. It's well worth the visit and they will go the extra mile to take care of the customer. more

Very knowledgeable and helped with a problem! 8/31/2012

Every time I connected my ipod to the in-jack of my stereo in my new Tundra I got a loud hum noise that drove me crazy! Those guys knew exactly how to fix it (for next to nothing) and was ALSO able to help me upgrade my front door speakers to ones that are 500 better and actually fit. Crutchfield sent me two sets of speakers that would not fit so I gave up...should have gone to Big Daddy's in the first place. I will from now on! more

Extremely professional, very well priced. 8/24/2012

I actually have a fleet of 60 vehicles that I take to Big Daddy's Stereo. They do anything for me from installing hands free devices, to cell boosters and stereo set-ups. They are always really punctual and very professional. They just take care of business. They turn out my vehicles in a timely fashion, and they stick to their appointments, when scheduled. Creative group of guys, talented. 8/23/2012

Big Daddy's have done work for me on several different vehicles since I was in high school. Most recently they put a new touch screen navigation unit in my vehicle. They had to do some modifications to make it work, it was kind of like getting a square peg in a round hole. They got it to work and made it look like it was supposed to be there, it looks and works great. more
