Big D Tire

I've been buying my tires at Big D for 3 years now and won't shop anywhere else for tires. All my family also buys their tires from Big D. Joe is the best!! Always gives me the best deal and the service is great. I highly recommend this company. more

i took wheels over there to get tires mounted and have wheels mounted on car. they mounted all four tires on wheels and decided that they could not get the wheels on because my lug nuts were bent. they remounted tires on old wheels. I ordered new lug nuts - expensive - and tried it again. they once again mounted all four tires and then decided that they could not get the wheels to fit even with the new lug nuts. they remounted all the tires and told me not to come back. the tire guy was very rude and surely. don't you think they would have tried one wheel first before doing all 4 wheels? Another tire shop did it fine the first time. Big D wasted about 4 hrs of my and their time. Would never go back more

I had my VW Passat winter tires put on at the Big D on Southwestern Blvd in mid October. I went in prime time so i expected to wait. So after 2 hours they were put on and they looked good. Little did I know that it was gonna cost me $60 because I didnt buy my winter tires from them? Said and done I should have asked how much, but they felt fine leaving so I felt ok. \r It's April now and I shopped my winter tire to summer tire switch at a different shop. When the shop looked for the tire lock that is needed to switch VW tires. The special lock was not where it was supposed to be (In the glove box where there is a special spot for it) I immediately called Big D tire because why would I use the tire lock when they were the last ones to change the tires. They said I could drive there and they would check. The dumb ass came out and didnt even take the plastic cover off over the lock nut and said no they dont have it and are not responsible for it? They were the last place that took the tires off but are not responsible? On top of that they talked to me like I was a teenager. I felt totally disrespected by the owner and his workers.\r I will not even take my bike to get air there and will tell everyone how they treated me like crap! more
