Great Staff - fantastic Corned Beef Hash 3/21/2006

The Ward location is always clean, and the staff is always pleasant. It doesn't matter if a particular server is taking care of your table or not, they all will smile and tell you to have a great day. I visit the Ward location often for breakfast. They make their own corned beef hash, and it is awesome! I've taken several visitors to Big City, and they have all been very impressed by the service and the food. more

Outstanding Service at this location 8/20/2005

There is a big difference in service and cleanliness between the Kaimuki and Ward Center locations. The Ward Center is newer and the service staff is excellent. Once my guest and I decided to order an appetizer dinner and drinks. Realizing that our small table would be a bit crowded with all of the different dishes, our waiter moved us to a large booth so that we would be more comfortable. The quality of the food is the same at both locations, but the service is outstanding at Ward Center. more
