Good day/bad day, good weather/bad weather, good food, maggot-infested kitchen.... After reading the previous review I felt compelled to share my experience. I found the staff extremely personable and helpful. The parking lot was full when I stopped by but I needn't ask where to park since there is plenty of roadside space for a quartermile before you get to the store. I don't know the 'cop shop' the previous customer mentions, therefore, I think he may be 'dissing the wrong store. We all have bad days, even bad hours, where we may be a little cranky. Though I am not sure what his position was in the chain of service, James seemed to be pretty in tune to things. He was quite helpful and took the time to explain things to my blonde spirit. No, I'm no beauty queen. He certainly wasn't being nice because I was female... I am 5 feet 4 inches and weigh close to 250 pounds due to recent surgery and disabilities that I am now overcoming. However, James took his time to give me a reasonable idea of good/bad tire choices for my Dodge Dakota truck. He spent about 25 minutes giving myself and my friend information so we could make the appropriate choice. I found the other people a little quiet but all in all I had a wonderful experience in this male-dominated world. I have been made to feel quite inadequate on several occasions in the past at other establishments - Auto Zone, Goodyear, etc. - but this was a very refreshing surprise. Makes me want to believe there are still a FEW male-dominated establishments that will give a female enough info and allow her to make choices that are best suited to her particular situation.
