The price was good. The workers were courteous and quick. My house was done in a day, and everything was clean, and orderly when they were finished. Thank you Big Bob's!

Worst

We went into the store Mondat night and could not get any help after 15 minutes of waiting and even asking for someone. Cons: No one waited on us after 15 minutes

Gary Jobe and crew from the Latonia (Covington) KY Big Bob's store were awesome! When a washing machine hose leak destroyed our carpet on two floors, Gary came to the house to do measurements then met us later at the store to help us pick out the best replacement carpet (better than our original!) and help us make the decision to put in a laminate downstairs. Totally happy with the product and the service! Enjoying my new laminate flooring! Thanks Gary! more

Shady Selling 4/30/2008

Why design your mailers to look like a rebate check from the Government? If you need to be deceptive, I wonder about prices, and it makes me wonder about the quality of service, and warranty. Just make your mailers look like what they really are, and you won't piss so many people off.... more

They said they sold my carpet. Thats great and poor installations. dont pay till you see the job done . I think there carpet is seconds and marked as first. mr.johnson more

the owners of abbey carpet in covington, kystand behind their products! And their commericals with their family in them are very cute! This is family owned and thei rhonest approach at business shows that. Their carepet is very high quality and so is their flooring. WHen you enter their store you can tell that they really want to meet your needs and get you what you want, not just trying to make a sale to you. It leaves you with a good feeling, feeling sure about your purchase. more

A great deal and affordable! 9/16/2005

Big Bob's gave us a great deal on carpeting for our house. We decided to put nice used carpeting in the children's playrooms, so Big Bob's gave us a good deal on some used carpeting in the same design as the carpet we were buying new. more
