Several times a year, I spend the day golfing and fishing with friends on Coal River. We always have an awesome time playing a round at Big Bend. The fairways on this course are exceptional. There's not a lot of sand to deal with, which forever makes me happy. The greens are kept really nice, so putting is predictable. Every time we include one guy, he invariably plunks his ball in the pond and we all get a good laugh. After the game, we enjoy lunch at the clubhouse and head across the river to the park for fishing. Angling at Upper Falls is incredibly good at certain times of the year. Playing golf at Big Bend with friends is always great, too!
