This company arranged with me to deliver two loveseats to my apartment, on Wednesday, Nov. 28th. They were supposed to deliver them between 1 and 4. Because of that, I had the old furniture removed early Wednesday by the super.\r

I went home at noon to be in the apartment during this time. There was no delivery, and not even a phone call. Finally, after 5 o'clock, I called them to find out what had happened. They told me that they were still in Manhattan, and would be another hour or so - 6 o' clock. I told them that my coop does not allow furniture deliveries after 5, so it would have to be the next day. Then, after being a minimum of two hours late, and not calling, not to mention wasting my time, they claimed that the next time they could deliver it was Monday, five days later.\r

This to me represents the worst possible service. They make me stay home and wait; they do not deliver within even an hour of when they said they would; and then have the gall to tell me that they can't deliver it until five days later, even though they are the ones that screwed up. I insisted that they deliver it before that, and supposedly they will call me tomorrow to let me know whether they might be able to deliver it two days from now, but they weren't promising anything. This is such poor business practice that it makes me furious. And meantime, I am left without furniture because I actually made the mistake of assuming that they would keep their word. Disgusting.\r
