Big Al's has been around since I was a kid living in Manistee, and it's still a fave place to go when I get back home.
They still have subs made on fresh baked rolls, and thin crust pizza with a nice wide rolled edge. The pepperoni is properly greasy with crispy edges.
The Ham and Cheese sub with Italian dressing is a fave, although my husband liked the steak sub. He's not from Manistee tho, so his opinions shouldn't count.
The place is a LOT bigger now, and the good video games like Asteroids and Centipede are gone, but you can still get great food at a reasonable price at Big Al's Pizza!
