Big Al's Healthy foods is one of the best resturaunts in Tulsa, not simply because there food is so great, but because you can eat there on almost any budget, and any diet. They offer foods for people on weight watchers, atkins, southbeach, simply eating healthy, and just about anything you can imagine. They use mainly whole wheat items and tasty fresh vegetables with the best low fat meats. My personal favorite is the turkey and avacodo salad with honey mustard dressing.
