Big Al's Cheap Tires

I have visited Big Al's several times, and I have never had a bad experience with them. Dave, the manager, is wonderful. He has gone above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that my needs are taken care of... And I've never had to wait for them to fit me in, even without an appointment. Everytime I've ever gone, they've been able to get right to work on my car. I absolutely can't say enough nice things about this shop. more

I have been a customer since August 2010. I have a 2008 all wheel drive Subaru that requires all tires remain within 2/32 in tread depth so I rotate them frequently. I stopped in one day to check the prices, as I thought I needed a new set. The guys came out and they measured the tires... turns out I got another 5000 miles out of the old Michelins. When it came time to buy a new set, I checked around at a few of the larger wholesalers. Big Al’s was honestly a bit more than I could get at a wholesale chain... but for the extra $15 bucks for the entire set of four, they gave me free rotations for the life of the tires, and if you set an appointment… they are FAST. Ever get that kind of service from a chain? Last time I went to get my oil changed somewhere else I waited for at least an hour. Make sure to get on their e-mail list, as they send coupons quite often. If you are looking for an ""old time"" honest fix-it shop.... this place is awesome! 5+ STARS!!! more
