Honest opinion with tires. Going above and beyond for customer safety 10/12/2013

Without knowing my better half they offered her 2 new tires and to pay following week when she was more able. She drove back and forth to Des Moines for work and they wanted her safe. Also QUICK new tire change on my service van. Kept me with little down time more
