the place for quality bikes and great service 4/11/2006

Bicycle One has a good selection of high-quality bikes and accessories. The customer service is good, and the staff is knowledgeable. It's not like buying a bike at Wal-Mart. (I don't think they even carry Huffy...) The shop is located in the old part of Gahanna that is being renovated. Aka "Olde Gahanna" (yeah, cheesy). Excellent Service 8/19/2005

We recently spent several thousand dollars on bicycles at Bicycle One. We went to half a dozen bike shops before deciding to give Bicycle One our business. The staff was very knowledgeable, and very nice. Paul (the manager) helped us and he provided excellent service. They give you 3 years of free maintenance on every bike purchase, which we found was the best offer among the local bike shops. The prices were very competitive, and they were willing to special order anything we needed that they didn't have in stock. more
