One of the best bike shops around 7/9/2010

I live in central CA and was in the market for a high end Cervello S3, bicycle bananas was the only shop within 300 mile radius that had one in stock. I was very impressed by the knowledge of their sales rep/manager on recommending parts and customizing my bike and equally satisfied with their mechanic who spent close to two hours adjusting my new bike and going on a road test with me to ensure i was satisfied and comfortable. I think the owner and manager are eager to please everyone with interest in cycling which is apperant in their extensive bike/gear selection. Thanks guys and I look forward to my next visit to Reno to stock up. Pros: They carry A-Z more

Best Bike Shop In Reno 3/17/2010

This is by far the best bike shop in Reno. They have more bikes and better prices than anyone else. Everytime I go there the employees answer all my questions and are very attentive. Sure, the shop is a little disorganized but this is becuase they have so much stuff! Plus, the new location they are moving to next to Pet Smart will fix that. Pros: Best prices and selection more

The employees hate the owner which shows in everything they do. People generally work there a few months and quit - the whole place turns over regularly. There are lots of good bike shops in Reno so don't make the same mistake I did. Pros: they are in the neighborhood Cons: everything else more

They have the best bicycles and the best costumer service, I love my bicycle and I wanted new parts to replace old parts so I just called this guys and they took care of me right away and sent me the parts the following day they are great especially Paulo. more
