Don't like this place at all. Don't go here unless you want your shirts magically shrunk! There are better and CHEAPER dry cleaners out there. more

I never even knew this was a dry cleaners until I friend told me about them. I decided to give them a try because they were close. This place is horrible. They took longer than promised and I might has well just put my clothes in the washer. My work shirt shrank by a full size! I didn't even know that was possible! more

Dry cleaning isn't rocket science folks. These people are a ripoff. You would think that after the fire - burning everyone's clothes and then paying practically nothing in insurance - that they would try to get their act together. The staff is brain dead and running what used to be a fairly good dry cleaning business into the ground! Check out Falconers. Much better :) more

Bibbentuckers is timely and efficient. All of the employees are above and beyond friendly. I have been using them personally for a couple of years. Their service is outstanding. They are the best in Dallas. more

I've been using Bibbentuckers for over a year now. At first, I thought I would only bring my really nice clothes there, but I was so impressed with how well my clothing was holding up, I decided to use them for all my dry cleaning. Just signed up for their free delivery service and it's very cool to just leave my dirty clothes on the porch on a Tuesday and get them back on Friday. Saves me a ton of time. more

I have been going to Bibbentuckers for about five years. They just pay attention to detail and they make sure things are done as requested. Anytime I have ever wanted to discuss any specifics, they take the time to address any concerns I have. more

We have been using Bibbentuckers for at least 5 years. The quality of the work they do with cleaning the garments is excellent. I have never had any garments ruined or damaged in the entire time we have been using them. And, their delivery service is first-rate and very dependable. Our driver is like a member of our family. I used Bibbentuckers for nearly 6 straight years. At first the service was better than average. That was balanced by the higher than average prices but the delivery and great drviers made up for that. Over teh last year the service has gone down drastically and the prices have increased. Tuxedo's or suits that were to be dry cleaned would not be cleaned but merely pressed. The charge, however, would be nearly tha same as if they were cleaned. A tuxedo shirt that was labeled (By Bibbentuckers own bar code) to be dry cleaned was laundered and shrunk. Shirts that were bar coded (again by Bibbentuckers) to be boxed would come back on hangers with no collar stay and those coded to be hung would come back boxed (also without collar stays). Pretty much every thing that was requested was returned completely the opposite of the request. After battling this for over a year and giving them dispensation for the recent fire setback, I finally realixed things would not change and terminated the service. Unless and until they ever get back on track - GO ELSEWHERE and save money in the process. Pros: Great drivers with great attitudes Cons: Terrible service, absolutely ignore customer requests or labels, VERY EXPENSIVE more

If you have a problem or question, the CEO himself will talk to you and make sure that you're completely satisfied. When you take your laundry, they offer you a drink and candy. There's also the convenient drive-through. Everyone working there is friendly and seems to care.\r \r It's great to go somewhere where you know they care and where they make you smile. Oh, and they do a great job with clothes too. more
