Not bad for a Chain 6/2/2009

I normally never bother to eat at a chain, as it isn't fair to spend my money on conglomerates and squeeze out the entrepreneur. But, I really wanted Italian and everyone just kept recommending this one. I've been 3 times now on my trips to the area and only once have I been disappointed. Better than Olive Garden 3/27/2008

If you hate going to Olive Garden at 4 on a Saturday and still have an hour wait, head over a mile or so to Biaggi's. The service is better, the atmosphere is better, and the food is better. The waiters are attentive, and very professional. Last time I was in, I had a pizza. It is to die for. The crust is crispy, very authentic. It kept me dreaming of the next time we could go back! Pros: Service, Authentic Italien Food Cons: If you show up later in the service, you will have a wait. more

The Best Italian In Town 10/10/2006

Biaggis has the best Italian food! I recommend the Filet or the Osso Bucco. The service is always excellent and the chef really knows what he is doing! They also have great sandwiches and salads at lunch. Biaggis has an amazing wine room for parties and they are always accomodating. A Place you much definitely try! more

Will Definitely Return 3/21/2005

Every time I have been here, the service has been excellent. When with my husband, we were seated at a romantic table, when with a friend, a lovely table in the center of things. The food is always super, I consider this in my fav's in Des Moines. more
