First, after we had our soup, the empty bowls sat there and so\r
did our empty water glasses. When the waiter finally appeared again,\r
He said that he would get some refills. He came back with the\r
water pitcher and said oh i can leave the pitcher for you. \r
I said that would be great, as he wondered off with the pitcher in \r
his hand. I was then brought out a sausage stromboli. I told the person\r
brining this out, that i did not order that, and then waiter came over and said \r
oh that should be a pizza He took the stomboli away, and returned a couple of \r
minutes later and sai that they would make the pizza and it would be a few minutes.\r
I told him to cancel the pizza that i did not want it, because i did not want to wait.\r
He asked if i wanted anything else, and i told him no.\r
Then Dave, the manager came over and said i hear we messed up your orer, i acknowledged that,\r
and he said can i get you anything. I again said no thanks.\r
He said how about a piece of lasagna, that is my favorite diner, and \r
i can hook you up really quickly. I assumed he was being nice, so i said ok\r
i would try the lasagna. He said he would not charge me for the pizza or the lasagn, and i said ok fine. \r
He brought out the lasagna, and asked my daughter(whose birthday it was) and I if we wanted to take\r
the stromboli home, since it was just sitting in the kitchen.\r
Again, I thought he was trying to be nice and give good customer service,\r
so i said sure. The stromboli was brought out in a box and placed on the table. My daughter and I finsihed eating and \r
the waiter broguth us the bill. On the bill it showed the lasagna added in\r
and then complimented, and the stromboli was included in the total on the bill\r
I told the waiter that I will not pay for the stromboli, first of all i did not order it, and \r
Dave said we could have it, since it was just sitting there anyways.\r
He said he would fix it and took the bill. He returned an dsaid that he took the stromnboli\r
off the bill, and then asked for the boxed stromboli back. I told him to do what he had to do, and that \r
this was a joke. First you ask me if i want it, and then charge me for it, then\r
take it back. He proceeded to take it back. Then Dave came over again and asked what was wrong\r
I told him that the stromboli was on my check. He said the waiter took the stromboli because i \r
was offended it was on the table, I said no I was offended that it was on my bill. Again, I told Dave\r
to do what ever he had to. He started saying that he never said that he would not charge\r
me and that he said he was going to make me a deal and not charge me for the pizza, which makes sense since i never saw the pizza. \r
I told him that I would not return to this \r
restaurant anad this was handled like a joke to which he replied that iw your choice.\r
I cant beleive and have never seen such a terrible display of customer service in my life.\r
Even my daughter who is 19, said is this a joke?\r
I guess if that is how Biaggis handles their customers and mistakes made by them, then I have no businees being in \r
there, and will let everyone I can know about this joke of an experience.\r
\r
