I asked for a certain item I was looking for, they didn't have it. instead of calling me and suggesting the inferior product the just sent it to me and charged me the higher price and mailed a 1lb item through UPS for $13 and change and no invoice. This company took my money up front, took 5 days to ship order. Order supposedly lost by UPS, made me wait 8 days to reship even though they were covered by insurance. When they finally decided to reship the clubs I paid them an additional $42.00 to ship clubs 2nd day air. Once again they took my money up front and then did not ship the clubs at all let alone 2nd day air. When they finally did reship the clubs they shipped a much cheaper set than I had paid for. Those clubs arrived on 9/21/07. They said UPS would pick up the clubs to return them on 9/24/07. It is now 9/29/07 the clubs are still sitting here, BHM Golf has not returned any messages to date.Beware BHM Golf is an obvious rip off website and really do not seem to care if anybody knows or not BEWARE. Pros: Offer come on prices on some items. Cons: Never ship items, no contact, no follow up. more
