A couple of years ago I was involved in an auto accident that had given me a lot of back pain. Unfortunately, I tried physical therapy as my last resort. My therapist, Ben taught me a lot of exercises to strengthen my core and back, which helped me rid of the pain. We started slowly with simple exercises and after a few weeks my back was getting stronger and the pain was going away! At this point I no longer have to do the therapy, but I find the exercises very useful at the gym and for my overall bodily health.
