Very impressed with Beverley's! We have brought my one year old lab, Charlie here 3 times since we have found Beverley's. They offer an awesome program with their one star, two star, and three star packages. Charlie loves going to their bark park when he stays at Beverley's! The staff is always friendly and always seem to be charismatic with my concerns. I trust them completely with taking care of Charlie! Awesome place, I recommend it 100%! more

Won't go back either! Worst Customer Service we have ever had. We also were quoted $35 for our two dogs and after 2 nights we expected to pay $70. We were charged $105 because it is ""every day, not night"" even though our dogs were there less than 48 hours. When my wife tried to talk it through, one of the employees began to verbally abuse her and called her a ""retard"" and that they did not need our business. Worst customer service ever! more

We were double charged for 1 night's stay for 2 dogs, We were quoted a price of $35 per night for two dogs to be housed in one kennel. We asked again when we dropped the dogs off at 3:30 on Saturday. They only have pick-up times of 3:00 on Sunday, so we picked our dogs up then and were charged $70. We told the owner that we had been told $35 and said that was per day and our dogs had been there 2 days. They weren't even there a full 24 hours. $70 for 2 dogs for 1 night's stay is ridiculous. more

We have used Beverlys on several occasions when we needed boarding services. They have a very professional and clean facility, staff always greets you with a smile ! We originally found this place as a bark park and our dog loves it !!! huge open area for him to run and play, grounds are well kept. After going here there is no reason to look anywhere else. Good value for the money, excellent customer (and dog ) service. more
