Paul's Washer and Dryer Repair Service was able to address our Maytag Washer repair needs. It was a concern for us, that our washing machine would not be able to be repaired. Our machine mid-cycle simple stopped, water and clothes sitting is not a good make. I was concerned that the repair would be excessive and we would have to buy a new machine. As times are tough we can not buy a new machine, but maybe we could not get it repaired. Paul's Service gave us assurance that there are good companies still around. It is important to us that we hire a local company that is reliable and dependable. Paul's is such a company, a piece of our rug became stuck in washer, like a cork in a bottle. An exceptional Family-Owned Business. We just called Paul's Service and spoke with David. Taking his time on the phone, approximately 10 minutes, it was clear that what needed to do was purchase a new machine not pay the fee for repair. We called several companies to no avail in getting a straight answer as to what could be possibly wrong with the machine. For his time we offered David a gift card to Coffee Bean which he gladly accepted. It is a pleasure to know that there are good honest conpanies left today, who are more concerned about their customers then their bottom line. Wonderful family owned and operated. Truly honest and reliable service. David is a very experienced service technician who knows washers and dryers inside out like no other. The second Tom turned on my non-functioning dryer; he knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it within a matter of minutes. He was that good!! I am such a happy camper now!!! The cost was half of what Sear's Home Service Repair was going to charge me and Sear's did not have any appointments available until 1 week out. These guys are absolutely great. They waited for me when there was a mix-up about a key. I’d used them before to fix my dryer and knowing how trustworthy they are, I actually left them a key so they could start the repair on my washer without me. I haven't got the bill yet, but the appliance repair technician volunteered that he was going to talk to his manager about not charging me for a full hour because the washer repair took him only 30 min. Personally, if I'd been him I'd talk to the manager about charging me double because he was waiting outside for over 45 minutes. more
