No other company compares to Beverly Hills Carpet Steam Cleaners I mean by far the best service and people I have ever had the pleasure of servicing my home. My carpets not only look clean, they smell good. Stains that never came out before by other Professional carpet cleaners that tried well now they are gone. I could tell this was a professional company that cared and knew what they were doing when it came to eliminating all stains and leaving you with a clean carpet. 100% clean is what my carpets look like now, thanks to their hard working techs who know what they are doing. more

thanks so much for all the hard work, it was the best of the best. The techs really took their time to eliminate every single stain from my carpet. thanks so much for all the hard work your companies provided. When they arrived to my home (on time) they asked me what I wanted done. they went right ahead and took measurements of the rooms and hall ways, counted how many stapes I had and did some tests in front of me to show me what my results will look like after they are done with the cleaning. I liked what I heard I liked what I saw. I gave them the go and they went.. I stayed around inspecting what they were doing. when they were done with one room and go to the next one I would go to the finished room and let me tell you the carpet was not dry yet but I liked what I saw... when they were done I paid them and they were off, after five hours of waiting the carpet was finally dry and it looked great!!!! Thanks a lot for all the hard work. more

I had a stains. that had been lingering in my home for a while. I've hired multiple companies to come clean my carpet and every time each and every one of them weren't able to eliminate it at all. until it was time for me to get the carpets cleaned again. I called a different a company. one that was local. I found these guys and decided to give them a try and let me tell you, they got the stains (plural) including the one that no other company could get out. thanks the carpet heavens that this company is here so close to my home. and they are affordable too. more

I want to say thank you. This company is the best carpet cleaning company Ive had in my home. they have the tools and the skills to eliminate all stains.. they really know what they are doing. They used all green solutions to eliminate all stains, and thats exactly what they did eliminated all stains..I will be calling this company again, for sure. more

instant gratification.. this company did one of the best jobs ever. I had a water damage in my home. I thought I would have had to replace the entire carpet and probably have mold as well. this company took care of things they made sure they eliminated all of the stains. it was one of the best jobs ever. more

I was impressed when I saw the stains coming out and the carpet looking good as new. Once the technician was done the carpet seemed as though it was replaced and made feel great knowing working with West Coast Carpet Care Beverly Hills was definitely worth it. They were a pleasure to work with. They technician was nice enough to let me know what he was doing every step of the way to get rid of the odor and told me they only used chemical free products. I didn't thing they products were good enough to do the job. At the end I was happy to have had them over and work with their products because they did just as good and left the house clean. more

good thing I called when I did 1/18/2011

If it weren't for my brother suggestion West Coast Carpet Care-Beverly Hills to clean my carpet I wouldn't have my carpet looking amazing. I really needed to get it cleaned but I was too lazy until finally I did and the experience was great and not only that, the outcome was incredible as well. more
