Leon is an amazing trainer who works with you at your level and to help you accomplish your fitness goals. He starts off by going over the types of food and how often you should eat for maximum weight loss and toning. Then he accessed the areas that need improvement and we did workouts that address my problem areas. I have had amazing results with his program and highly recommend it . Check this guy out! He is the real deal! 2/11/2006

I am extremely satisfied at how fast my body had been changing. I have worked with many other trainers in the past, many charged less than him, but now I realize that I was getting what I paid for! Leon is not one of those ""actor by day"" types. He cares so much that I am happy with my body and he is a lot of fun too! A+ Pros: Fun, Knowledgable, Fast results Cons: Leon kicked my butt! more

Leon's been training me for the past month, and I'm extremely happy all around. His enthusiasm & motivation has been so positive for me.
