Quite possibly the worst cab experience ever. Called for a cab from our hotel, waited over 20 minutes, cab driver was unapologetic for the delay, extremely rude and had an attitude when we said we were paying with a credit card (which we had also told the dispatcher so it shouldn't have been a surprise).
When we checked our bank account the next day come to find out the cabbie charged us twice for our cab fare, and increased the second charge by $2.00. When we called their corporate offices the woman ""took a message"" and was surprised when I wouldn't give her my credit card number over the phone to put on the message she was leaving on someones desk. Hello!!! Your company already charged me incorrectly and now you expect me to allow you to leave my credit card number lying around on a piece of paper?!
No one ever called me back from the company to address the issue and now we are having to file a claim against them with our bank. Horrible customer service from all levels, DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.
