love my car 9/20/2008

I never went to them when they were Bev Smith Ford. I just moved here and they are now Mullinax Ford. They were very courteoous and so patient. I had an idea of what I wanted but needed help with the details. They took there time with me and now I have the new Flex! My kids and i love it. Thank you Mullinax Ford and especially our salesman Bren Nicolas!! more

love my car 9/20/2008

I never went to them when it was bev smith but I just moved here and needed a car. I went to Mullinax Ford in West Palm Beach and loved them they were so courteous and thank goodness patient. I had an idea of what I wanted and they listened. I ended up with the new Flex and my kids and I love it!!thank you Mullinax Ford and especially my sales guy, Bren Nicolas. more

thought they were good, but.... 10/7/2005

I use to always bring my car there. I had gotten a large maintenance done. The next time I needed an oil change I had to go to one of those quickie oil change places and they showed me my filthy air filter. I told them about the maintenance and they said it should have been changed then. So I went back to Bev Smith and they were like it could get that dirty in 3,000 miles. I don't think they ever changed it. Now I just can't trust them. The last time I was there I needed an electrical part and worked with a different woman. She was good, but I'm still sketchy. Not sure if I'll go back again. more
