I called from an out-of-state business to get some flowers delivered to an employee's family after a death. The first florist I called, about a mile away from Betty's on the same street, had some issues and when I called them back to request a receipt for our finance department, they mysteriously cancelled our order. Trying to get to the root of the problem was like pulling teeth?they ultimately just repeated that they couldn't fulfill our order and wouldn't offer any further information. I decided to stop fighting a losing battle and take our business elsewhere.
