Before local grocery stores and larger chains started to expand their offerings, Better Living Center was the one local spot to find a selection of organic and all natural foods. They do offer a basic selection of whole grains, gluten free, dairy free, low sugar or low carb and other foods as well as natural health products, such as vitamins, toothpaste, personal care products, etc. It is often a lifesaver for those on a limited diet who would otherwise have to shop in Utica or Syracuse! The service is friendly, it's easy to locate and the hours are very convenient!
