BBB ""reliability report"" grades are Pay-to-Play 11/8/2011

The BBB salesperson who calls my business monthly is adamant about the fact that joining the private company's membership will definitely improve my company's rating. Pay-to-Play, or blackmail, is the BBB game. I've filed a criminal police report along with the evidence, and I'm not the first to do so. BBB was exposed last year by ABC's 20/20. Its a criminal organization, and you are a fool to trust anything they say - except when they say ""give me the money""! more

Save yourself the time...BBB is a fraud 10/30/2011

I do not know if BBB is trustworthy. I filed a complaint about a dealership and my complaint isnt even in their website, even if I have a complaint number...yeah, heard BBB is accepting ""donations"" from establishments. And once they are a member, they will be graded AA even if tons of complaints are being filed...nice, BBB is a fraud....dont know why some companies are proud of being rated ""A"" by the BBB...it stands for BUNCH OF BULLSHITS AND BRIBERY! more

Save your money they don't care about business or customers 12/6/2009

I have said someone needs to rate the BBB....Now there is a way...Thank you Citysearch.....These guys only care about one thing...membership dues and feed period....I know a contractor that burned down two houses that has an A+ rating would you want this guy working on your house...Don't you think that this is important infomation to make the consumer aware of.... Pros: Nothing Cons: Extortion, Blackmail, Liars more
