A complete pleasure to work with. I was very impressed by there professional demeaner and courteous behavior. Everything about them showed that even thoug they are a family business, they new exactly what they were doing and how to be polite. I got a duct cleaning and they were very effecient, not a spec of dust left after they were gone! Very detailed adn provided very personalized service. I needed an air duct cleaning in Bellevue and found Better Air NW. I literally called them up, scheduled the appointment, they showed up, they cleaned the ducts, they left. All of this in the span of a few days. It was such an easy process. They didn't even spend long cleaning the ducts, but did a very thorough job. They were respectful of my house and belongings too, which I really appreciated. It was the simplest experience, very straightforward, and one I will gladly repeat the next time my air ducts need some maintenance! =D more

Better Air Northwest was a breath of fresh air, literally, in this new homeownership process. I called and the owner answered the phone and answered all my questions. He was available right away and willing to make sure I knew the processes were to clean the ducts in my new house while acknowledging all of my concerns. I also really liked that the owner is the operator and he is very interested in a good business. He was flexible with my busy schedule and very willing to do a great job while there. Justin exceeded my expectations and I felt like I needed to pay him more for being so professional, kind, thorough and willing to go the extra mile with us. With the busy schedule that I have I don't have time to be worrying about the work I am paying to have done. Not only did I not have to worry about anything, I was able to calmly work on the rest of my house while he was doing his work. He let me know what he was doing along the way, showed me what he was cleaning out of my system, and did just what he said he would come to do for the exact price he estimated. \r \r We just bought the house and the previous home owners were major indoor pet owners and it left the house smelling odorous and dirty. After it was all cleaned, Justin left the fresh scent coming through the vents when he left the house. I thanked him when he left for being the best that I've worked with of anyone since starting this entire house process. He even came to Kitsap county from the Seattle area to do this job for us. I wish more people that I work with had businesses ethic more like this one.\r \r After all the bad experiences we've had in the home buying process, this one has been a great experience and I would highly recommend it!\r more
