Betsy's Prom & Tuxedo

They had a pretty large selection of dresses, however some were ripped. The sales person said they would sew to fix them. Some of the staff are pretty rude about adding unwanted commentary and helping with the selection process. Some very pretty dresses though! more

I have never been to a more inviting place. The employees are so helpful and if they don't have the dress, they will find it! They carry several different dress makers and different lines of shoes. They also helped me try on 4 dresses and never grunted about the entire experience!! : ) more

Betsys has such a great selection, and if you don't find what you are looking for they will find it for you. I recently got married and they helped me find the perfect dress. I went to 5 other stores and tried on over 500 dresses before selecting a beautiful one at Betsys. I described what I was looking for and they found something very similiar, only it was the wrong color. They had color swatches their and we found the perfect color and ordered it from the company. They helped me find my flower girls dress in the same color and material as my dress. The prices were a little high for some dresses but others were very reasonable. The selection for prom was incredible too. The staff was very firendly and gave very honest opinions about what I tried on. They did not jsut try to sell me the most expensive dress. They really found something that was perfect for me. PROS: location, selection CONS: price on some items more
