Bets Auto Body & Detailing

I've heard many bad things about this place and have actually see them painting cars outside when driving by but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt before making a judgement call. I called to ask a question and the person on the phone was SO RUDE! You would think they would want new customers but obviously they do not. I will NEVER give this place any business based on one phone call. If you can't be polite to someone who possibly could patronize your business that's a real bad sign! more

The quality of their work is atrocious at best. They don't stand by their work and they ruined my car. I had to take my car to a REAL collision center and have them fix what they messed up. I'm not sure why anyone still goes there. Due to their 'work' I now have to replace several parts that they sprayed with paint. The owners are rude and screamed at me. He also called me a scam artist for not being satisfied with the poor quality of their work. Clearly I am not alone in these sentiments. Beware or this auto detailing shop they are nothing but crooked thieves, liars, and unprofessional. I wish i could give NEGATIVE STARS, this place definitely deserves them more

R. ??please read??. Do not go here!!!!!!! I had to hire a legal service. So I bring my car here. Cause I like using mom n pop type shops. I own a small business myself. And I go over the car with the owner what I wanted done. ( it was some rock chips on my bumpers) I ask him can you do the job nice. And he says. It will look real nice I have to paint the bumpers and the blend a buff it all out. I say great!? ?Well I get the car back and it looks horrible. Worse than when I dropped it off. So I take the car back and he say ok well to make it look right I need to paint the whole car. But it's going to be 200.00 more. So I said fine but didn't pay this time. And thank f'n god!!! This man destroyed my car!!!!!! ? It needs to me stripped ?and fully resprayed! ?Also my check engine is on now and I can tell my car was beat on from the computer logs. Someone had a joy ride. Also my drivers side mirror is now broken and my tires breaks and rotors have paint all over them. It's an Audi s4. He has destroyed my car.
