This church used to be absolutely wonderful, but since they hired their current pastor, it has lost a great deal of what it used to offer. I definitely would not visit this church...

Monterey's most hospitable church 2/26/2011

I have known and associated with the church for the past five years. Pastor and the congregation are most friendly and hospitable. Conservative in their convictions and yet kind and gracious in their actions! The multiple services on Sunday cater to the residents from Pebble Beach to the homeless in Monterey. The Sunday evening service includes a well prepared dinner for the homeless. Bravo to Pastor and the congregation! more

Bethlehem Lutheran Church Monterey 10/20/2010

As the wife of a visiting worship leader, I have met and fellowshipped with the pastor and congregation at Bethlehem Lutheran Church on several occasions. From personal experience, I have found it to be a friendly and welcoming church. One which teaches sound Biblical principals, actively stands up for what is right, and shows compassion to the less fortunate in our community. It was a pleasure to visit and I treasure the lasting friendships I have made with several of the women there. Lore Bohrman more

I definitely would not visit this church anymore as long as that man is there. He ruined that church and I feel sorry for the members.
