Acidjazz playing from the speakers, candles, & martinis the size of your head. The atmosphere is chill, and if you close your eyes you can pretend you're in the city. Great happ...

Cool Brew, Atmosphere and Food! 9/30/2006

Unique beer and great food, you can't go wrong with a stop here. Burgers, fries, wings and your typical brewery food have all never tasted so good. I've been there at various lunch and dinner times and have never experienced a wait I couldn't live with... and I tend to be impatient. ;-) The service is usually very fun and friendly - a must for me at any restaurant. more

a really fun place! 9/30/2005

This is a great place for a date, to go out with family, or have a night on the town with friends. All their beers are great, especially the summer ale. They have beer samplers so you can try all their great beers. The beer and cheese soup is outstanding, and the fries are delicious. However, if you go there a lot the menu can get a little repetetive. It would be great to see some more variety. It's such a fun atmosphere, and the addition of the steelgarden downstairs makes it a perfect place to meet with friends on the weekends. I love this place! more

Great Restaurant with Place for Amazing after dinner drinks! 9/4/2005

This place is not only a great place to grab a beer and a burger, but if you move downstairs after dinner to the Steelgarden, the restaurant's lounge area, be prepared to have difficulty choosing from an array of martinis. The only thing that would make this place more attractive would be to have Norah Jones singing on a stage. We love it and have taken many of our friends there!!! Try the burgers, the french dip sandwich or the beer and cheese soup. Top it off with their ESB micro brewed beer and you have yourself a hearty dinner. more

Setting a Higher Standard for Casual Dining 8/22/2005

Conveniently located at the Main Street Commons in Bethlehem, the Bethlehem Brew Works (and its lower-lounge called the Steelgaarden) takes casual dining to a higher level. Along with their wonderful beers brewed on-site, the Bethlehem Brew Works offers a wide array of delicious pub fare and entrées. While it's not the epitome of gourmet cuisine, the Brew Works is definitely a few rungs above chains like Red Robin. The cool industrial decor, including brewing vats, is well-suited for Bethlehem's history in steel production. There's a tiny parking deck behind the Main Street Commons to help ease the usual difficulty of downtown parking. more

Great Food and Drink at the Brew Works 8/20/2005

This is a great, casual restaurant with a large menu. They have a large variety of burgers and wraps. Their french fries are among the very best because they are battered in beer, which gives them an amazing texture and flavor. The Brew Works also brews beer on site and they have an enormous selection of beers and martinis. However, the restaurant does not admit people under age 21 after 9 pm every night, so if you are a young adult looking for a good meal be sure to arrive before then. more
