Decent food, good community 6/11/2013

I have been recommending Bethesda Gardens Assisted Living on several occasions. My mother lives there and is sometimes discontent by nature, but in general she is happy and her discontent is basically nonexistent. The food is most the time tasty and the chef is good. They are really slow getting the meals out to the people and I am not sure why that is-but otherwise I have no complaints. That is not a serious thing because the ladies visit with each other while waiting for food. There is a good sense of community for my mother which I appreciate. more

Staff is incredible 4/3/2013

My mom moved in fairly recently. The incredible staff were right there for us during this difficult change. They are attentive and very caring. They do all they can to make the residents comfortable, welcome, and accepted. They are attentive to every health and emotional concern. And mom likes the food! Doesn't even want to go get fast-food any more. more

Wonderful assisted living environment! 4/3/2013

We love Bethesda Gardens. Mom has lived there for over two years and really feels at home. Excellent, caring service with smiles, prompt answers to calls and knowing the staff there genuinely care for their residents will put you at ease. The building and grounds are always immaculate and they work hard to prepare good food for all. Very cozy surroundings. The staff has been so sweet to us during Mom's hospital stay, making sure they visit and bring cards or whatever belongings she might need. We love Bethesda Gardens! more

My aunt is living here and it is so welcoming. We are invited to events and the staff is very kind. You get a homey feel anytime you go and that is one reason we are so pleased to call this her home. more

more than words 7/6/2012

Last month my husband and i decided it was time to tell my mother in law it was time to move. We were dreading this decision but once we were able to sit down with the nice people at Bethesda, we were able to find her a wonderful new home with an absolutly caring staff who always makes us feel right at home whenever we visit. I reccommend this to any family who is looking for individual care for thier love ones more

how could you not love this place? 8/30/2011

My grandmother has been here for 3 years now and i couldnt have found a better place. The staff is wonderful and always willing to go out on a limb for not only my maw maw but also for our family. It is truly a place of love more
