Horrible customer service 3/11/2009

They did move, to Clearview & the gal that was working (Tuesday) was not pleasant or helpful at all! Nice store but dont expect to be treated like a paying customer or get any help. more

Great lil Western Store 11/24/2007

Best I've found in the area since moving from Texas & the selection of everything is great. Lance & the rest of the staff will help you & talk to you giving you hospitality you'd never expect up here in the North, they are true & real people. I'd recommend this shop to anyone & have already. As far as it being a lil cramped it is right now but they are opening a bigger shop soon, so go on by ya'll and say Howdy. more

Their Boots are Make for Walking 3/19/2006

Beth West Western Stores in Bothell has a huge selection of boots and western ware for all ages. You can also find thing for the equestrian. The friendly staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Prices are comparable to similar stores and the parking is not too crowded. This place understand what customer service is all about. more

Western Wear 8/21/2005

The address says Bothell, but you have to drive nearly to Mill Creek to find this place. They’ve got a good selection of boots and clothing, but the store is pretty cramped. They do have some nice Western saddles on display & for sale. The staff is friendly and ready to answer your questions and help you find what you’re looking for. more
