NEVER RECEIVED OUR PHOTOS!!!!!!! 8/17/2009

We hired Beth to take our family photos in Nov 2007. She took AMAZING pictures. Problem is, we paid her over $650 but NEVER received any of them! I received her mass email about her moving to England and waited patiently for our pictures. I emailed and wrote letters SEVERAL times over the course of a year and still NEVER received a single response. I am still VERY devastated about this and keep hoping and praying that someday we will receive these precious pictures. more

Never Received Photos 8/12/2009

We ordered pictures of our nephew at the end of 2007. We did not receive an email stating that Beth was moving, nor did we receive pictures or a refund. more

NEVER RECIEVED OUR PAID FOR PHOTOS 8/12/2009

Beth photographed our family in 11.07 & accepted the $150 sitting fee. I went to her studio,1.23.08, & purchased over $1k in photos in which I was promised I would receive by 3.1.08. Received the same mass email stating she was moving but would get our photos to us. Spoke to her 6.6.08 via Skype in which she stated she would be sending the photos ASAP. Here were are, AUGUST 2009, and still, NO PHOTOS Her husbands name is Clay Riser and works for Ratheyon over in London. more

Never received our photos 7/15/2009

Beth photographed our family in Dec. 2007. In March 2008, we received a mass email stating she was temporarily moving out of the county. She reassured us, and others, that we would still get our photos. Now it is July 2009 and we haven't seen anything. Our children were infants, so these photographs cannot be re-done. In addition we had to pay a $150 deposit, that was never refunded. more
