Bestway Energy Assessments

2 years and my job is still not complete. I had them install an attic access in my townhome.. The guy who they sent left it caulked and unusable.. No one has even tried to contact me to finish the job. more

They talk a good sales pitch but their customer service is terrible. I took infrared pictures before and after. Cameron said their work is guaranteed. Well they missed some areas when blowing in attic insulation and despite being promised by Colleen that i would get a call back from Ken or Cameron no one ever called back, It also took several calls to get my final invoice despite them knowing i needed it to apply for rebates(i got it a month after work was done). I figured a bigger outfit like them would be a safe bet, i was wrong. Crew on day of work was polite. FYI, in colorado you don't need more than R-50 which is the lowest they quote at, law of diminishing return....anything more and its a waste of money, getting up in the R-60 to R-90 will not save you more money on heating bills. more

The crew was very helpful. They were very thorough and helpful when they insulated my house. My home is much more comfortable after the insulation was added to my house. I would recommend them to anyone. They really take pride in their work. Pros: Highly Skilled Crews more

I had Bestway install cellulose insulation in our attic, everything was going well until we got a bill that was 40% more than their original estimate. I called the company to ask about this and got the run around from one of the co-owners, she even hung up on me while i was asking a question. They charged us for more insulation than was actually blown (i checked pre and post insulation depths) and said that they couldn't install their cheaper Tin light covers because of a fire hazard ( then why offer the service in the original estimate?) I found Bill, Debra and Kim to be extremely unprofessional in their demeanor. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
