When reading reviews always remember that the persons posting reviews never state their real name nor do they every provide proof for their claim. In fact, the persons writing most reviews have a very low education since they don't know how to use simple punctuation and they spell almost every word incorrectly. You must alway take into consideration the fact that the internet has become a place where competitors anonymously and visciously attempt to ruin the reputation of their competitors. You cannot trust anything you read on the internet and there is no way to confirm who the writer really is. There are many businesses that are envious of Bestline Plumbing and many people have nothing better to do than slander someone's business by using fake user names. It is impossible to tell the facts from the fiction and I wlays wonder who or why a person would take the time to complain about an insignificant event such as complaining about a company that was late for an appointment. You will notice a few strange things regarding the complaints about Bestline Plumbing and these are; a) not one complaint is from a person Bestline did work for, and b) almost every complaint is about Bestline refusing to provide service to a customer. We should not judge the quality of a plumber's product and service by the timeliness of his delivery. This is a rebuttal to the review below. The customer's claim is false and not accurate. She states Bestline would not light the furnace without performing an inspection. Of course Bestline will not light a furnace without making sure it is safe first. No professional contractor will light a furnace without checking to make sure every single part is safe and the reasons of liability are obvious. What this customer did not tell in the review is Bestline told her the furnace vent was not connected underneath the house. Of course the furnace is spewing carbon monoxide under the house. This does not mean her carbon monoxide detector will detect gases underneath her house. By now you should know who really ripped off this customer. It was the contractor who charged her $100 to light her furnace and tell her it was safe. Bestline always takes pictures of every furnace and we archive the pictures to protect our good name. If Bestline tells you your furnace is not safe it is not safe. That doesn't mean you can't light your furnace. Lighiting this customer's furnace is like your driving a car with bad brakes. The car may stop and it may go through a red light. more

Good: I learned a valuable lesson, SOMETIMES you DO get what you paid for. Also, the lesson of being "penny wise and pound foolish".. Bad: Their price WAS too good to be true (about $50. to come out).. Improvements: Some Honesty and Reliability would be nice.. Other: Other companies prices are higher; so Bestline SEEMED to be the best choice. It wasn't. It seemed that all that was needed was to light the pilot-light, which was difficult to find. They wouldn't light it without an inspection (even though there had never been any problems with it). They said it needed lots of repair and high Carbon-Monoxide levels. They couldn't explain why the C. Monoxide alarm never went off. A second opinion from another company (for $100.) said it was fine (including Carb.Mono.levels). more

I live in a 70-year old home in Los Angeles and I called three plumbers to repair my floor furnace at home. All three plumbers told me my furnace could nor be repaired and they said it could not be replaced. They told me floor furnaces were not made any more. A friend at work recommended Bestline and I was happy I called because Bestline told me they don't make the type of floor furnace I have but they made a different type that could be modified and installed in the same location. I was happy because Bestline installed the new furnace without making holes in my walls and there was no damage to the floor or anything.
