Extremely Customer unfriendly 1/19/2008

I have been to this company for my tinting. So I wanted to tint my car. The Frontoffice lady is extremely rude ( I totally agree with r_monae who has posted here earlier). Saturdays are always booked even if it is for few weeks from now. The lady is never courteous every time all the time and she thinks customers are slaves. ..? How can management afford to retain such a female_moron to answer phones? Will they ever hear this comment? more

Bad Service!! 6/13/2007

I called to schedule my 7 Series for Saturday and the girl on the phone was extremmely rude, she rushed to get me off the phone and offered no discount after I told her I've tooken lots of cars there. It was very dissappointing knowing people treat this way after sending them lots of buisness. and they told me I would need to leave my car all day if I wanted to get it in for Saturday. Never again!
