It is clear that the owners of this hotel are very intelligent and run a tight ship. I stayed here with my groomsmen before my wedding and the entire stay went off without a hitch! Very nice decor, this hotel was recently remodeled and everything is updated and modern. VERY nice TVs in the rooms. more

This hotel goes above and beyond what they ""need"" to do to make your stay feel like you are with your own family. They are eager to help and give any advice or reccomendations you may need. The hotel it self is clean, quiet and very nicely decorated. more

Spent the night here for only one night in the Jacuzzi suite. It WAS amazing! The staff there was very helpful with any request me and my friends had as well as did not invade our privacy. Even late at the night the front desk attendant helped us with questions we had. Overall this hotel was excellent and I have no complaints whatsoever. more

The staff was very accommodating. My daughter can only eat certain things for snacks. The snack room didn't have anything, and we had run out. The lady at the lobby that night went to the kitchen to get fruit for her. So very nice! The bed was amazing, and breakfast was delicious. more

The rooms were great. The staff were wonderful. The breakfast was a very good breakfast. It is a wonder place to stay and convenient to so many restaurants and shopping. We used the conference room for a wedding and staff were very helpful with that. There were several guests from the wedding group and I heard only positive comments. more

We stayed two nights in this hotel and it was lovely. Beth at the front desk was amazing suggested local eateries both nights that were perfect. The rooms felt like updated boutique rooms - only better because they were very large. There were only two things that I could have improved on, which would be more sound proofing around doors (we could hear people coming in from a wedding, and they weren't trying to be quiet!) and a little better lighting. more

The rooms are new, clean and comfy. We were in town for a wedding and the staff was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I personally found the mattress to be a little too firm, but everyone else in my party disagreed. The bathrooms were large and well lit and there were plenty of towels. The pool was nice and there is a bathroom located in the pool area, great convenience! I would definitely stay at this best western again. more

Room was very clean and everything in the rooms were nice. This is the statement that I got from my wife when we walked in our room, ""this place is actually nice!"". I used a voucher from Best Western and was very surprised at what we got. I would be happy to stay at this hotel again and would recommend it for anyone that is considering staying here. more

When our son told us his wedding would be in Washington, MO, I was a little anxious because the hotel selection is small. But happily, we chose the Best Western Plus...it was excellent. The Family room with 2 beds was HUGE. The hotel is spotless, their complimentary breakfast is the best I have eaten at a chain hotel, but the BEST part is their staff. They were wonderful, not just to us, but to all the guests. I highly recommend this Best Western and hope to go back for a stay to explore this beautiful and friendly town.\r \r One of our guests brought his dog...so pets are welcome. more

This was our first visit to Washington, and Best Western Plus was a super choice. What a bonus to find a quiet and safe place to spend an evening. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by Beth, who patiently answered questions and suggested a number of restaurants to consider for dinner. Our king suite was spacious and clean with a small fridge, microwave, and a very comfortable bed. Bath linens were thick and soft. The lower level has a nice pool and exercise room. The breakfast area was well stocked, featuring the usual variety of hot and cold items, cereal, fruit, and pastries. The complimentary coffee was great. I look forward to our next stay at Best Western Plus. more

We stayed at this hotel to attend a friend's wedding in the Washington area. It was close to wineries, which we visited, & the downtown Washington area has wonderful restaurants & shops. Even had a Farmer's Market on Saturday morning with fresh produce & flowers, etc. Even though our TV didn't work during our stay, (which was aggravating at times) we had plenty of entertainment hanging with our friends. And, the hotel gave us a credit on our bill. more

Once again this year the KATY Trail Bicycle Tour I host over-nighted here. The hotel is beautiful after the recent make-over. Rooms large, very clean and well appointed,. The lobby, although not very large is beautiful. Indoor pool is clean and well maintained. Highly suggest this hotel. I will bring my tour back in 2015 more

The competition isn't high in Washington, MO. There are really only 2 hotels/motels in town; the Super 8 or Best Western PLUS. Yet this hotel is beautifully appointed, the staff is excellent, and our room (a king deluxe) was large with very comfortable beds. We didn't have time to take advantage of most of the amenities except the complimentary breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again. more

This hotel was a great experience from the booking through the checkout. Friendly service at all times. The person who took my reservation was helpful in providing a taxi recommendation for getting to the hotel from Amtrak. I was warmly welcomed and check-in and the person checking me in even gave genuine concern for my horrible headache. \r The hotel looks like it has been renovated. It is clean and trendy. The dining area for breakfast was well stocked and the seating was great! They even had an outdoor area to sit in. Very inviting. \r I could tell that the workers have pride in the property and want it to be well cared for and for customers to feel welcomed and content. Can't wait to return next month. more

We come to the fair each year and stay here. The staff is great, breakfast is hot and always stocked, and the rooms are just like any high hotel without the huge pricetag. Absolutely beautiful. See you again next year!! more

This hotel since BW took over it last year is actually a pleasure to visit and stay. The staff is always friendly and pleasant, we have never experienced a problem that was solved immediately. Washington is a nice area for the family or a couple. Definitely would recommend this location to anyone we know. The decor is beautiful and rooms are the same, with great wifi and beds. more

Very updated and nice place to stay. The bed was very comfortable and the room had a refreg. and microwave. Loved the patio to use in the evening for some fresh air. the staff was very helpful and friendly. Love the coffee machine in the breakfast area. It is available all the time. Breakfast was good and fresh. Would stay again. more

Our overall experience at this hotel was exceptional. My daughter, two granddaughters and I try to have a girls time away every year. We booked one night and quickly added a second night. Emily and Beth are amazing and represent this hotel by excellent customer service and just overall pleasant demeanor. The room, as well as the entire hotel, was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, based on experiences at other hotels that offer breakfast to guests. It was very good! I can't say enough good things about our experience - if we are in the area again, we will stay here! more
