When I broke down in Bear with my 7 month old daughter the staff at the AmericInn went above and beyond to help me in my time of need. They called to my room a couple times just to check in and make sure I didnt need anything. One employee even called from her home to tell me that she would be in at 7 the next morning and wanting to know if I needed anything from the store. Like I said, they really went above and beyond. \r \r When I was stuck waiting for a shuttle (that never showed up) after checkout time, they allowed me and my daughter to go back into the room to wait rather than sitting with all our stuff in the lobby.\r \r The room was clean and everything was perfect. I wish there was some way that I could pay them all back... this isnt anywhere near enough. more
