Checked in with an attendant named annabell. First was greeted with a sour face, then she refused to speak english when all my responses would be in english. Seeing that i was annoyed she refused to check to see if any rooms were available on the bottom floor, even though the other attendant said that there were some. The staff needs a major attitude ajustment.\r
I have stayed in their other locations and stay for many days at them and have not encountered such sour faces and looks as if i am bothering them by being there. The hotel is beautiful and my kids love it but beware of the staff and if you pay with a credit card please check your statement and make sure that they only charged you one time for your stay. I was charged EIGHT (8) TIMES for a two day stay. Thank goodness i had the money to cover it, but some don't. It took the saff 48 hrs to find the mistake that i caught.
Pros: Close to many local attractions.
Cons: Staff with bad attitude.
