We saw an advertisment for a good rate at Best Western in Franklin so we stopped to spend the night there on a trip. When we went to check in their rates were higher but when we mentioned the ad they gave us the lower rate. We were told they can only offer the lower rate if a customer mentions it. They rooms are being remodeled. The one we stayed in was very nice and it was clean. Nice place to stay.
