Everyone at Best was fantastic. They worked with the manufacturer directly and with me to ensure my repair would be covered by the manufacturer, even after my warranty expired (by 1 day). The office staff and service professional were extremely courteous and proactive. I couln't have asked for a better experience. more

When my refrigerator stopped cooling, imagine my horror as I didn't have a back up to put all my food in! I thought there was no way I could get someone to my house today to take a look at it, let alone fix it! I called Best Service at 8:00am and they had someone at my door before 3:00. The calltaker was very understanding and sympathetic towards me which was quite heartwarming. The technician was very professional and clean, he worked gently and efficiently. He was able to quickly identify the problem and he even had the part with him on his truck so he could get it fixed right then and there! I am a customer for life! more

Appliance repair is a world of it's own! Not one I enjoy. After 2 hours on the phone with Maytag and another hour with a couple of other companies, Best service were friendly and quick and accommodating in scheduling an appointment. They showed up on time, and the technician was courteous friendly and knowledgable. He did go above and beyond to make sure he had ruled out any additional issues and fixed what he came to fix. It was a very pleasant experience, albeit expensive! But that goes with the appliance repair territory - I believe! They take 5 min to replace one plastic thingie and you are $200 poorer...but hey, my dishwasher AND dryer are now working. And I he didn't charge to fix my dryer - so I guess it averages out to $100 per appliance! In appliance repair world- that is a bargain! No complaints except for the expense! more

I have used many service companies over the years, but this was the best company I've ever dealt with. This includes plumbers, electricians, and the like. Best Service sent me an email with my two hour window the day before my service (loved the convenience). A very nice repairman arrived right on time and fixed my washer, my dryer and my oven. The charges were reasonable and I've already recommended them to my neighbor and my sister. I liked that he was in a nice uniform instead of the usual jeans and t-shirt I've come to expect. He even cleaned up after himself before he left. He also gave me some free dishwasher soap tablets along with some tips on using my dishwasher. What a great experience from start to finish. more

They sent a great technician who figured the problem out right away and it's been running great for thirty days now! Highly recommended! more

I am thrilled to have found such a great company. I called because my washer leaked all over and I had loads of laundry to do. The lady who helped me on the phone was so nice and gave me some good advice about my other appliances too. The man who came to fix my washer was neat and respectful. He was right on time and fixed my washer fast. It's so nice to have my washer back working like new. I called the manager back to let them know how pleased I was and he couldn't have been nicer. I will definitely use them again and tell all my friends about them. more

I have used Best Service Company on three separate occasions now for a fridge repair, microwave repair, and most recently to fix our dishwasher. Not only are their service people polite and efficient, but they have always arrived when they said they would. I will not hestiate to call them again and I couldn't give them a higher recommendation. Pros: Always on time - excellent service more

They overcharged us, were late, rude and will dispute any amount you claim. The owner is SO RUDE, he told us ""we will not service your appliances anymore."" They seem professional upfront, but just don't have any complaints with being ripped off or else they will go psycho on you. We have had techs over here for REPEATED calls more than not..... AVOID! Already knew what was wrong with my Kenmore icemaker, and called them to get a price. They showed up and replaced the icemaker before calling me for authorization. They presented us with with a $210 bill for all of 7 mins work! I can replace a plug and play icemaker I would have never authorized the work had I known it was going to cost that much. Obviously this company has learned it is more profitable to front load your bids with an over the top trip charge rather than provide a quality service at a RESONABLE PRICE! Oh and I will never use them again. Pros: Showed up on time Cons: Performed work without authorization and overcharged. Manager cared less.. more
