I recently took in my computer that needed a simple repair. I specified taking it in that I needed it back as soon as possible as I was leaving town in a week. I knew this was a somewhat short amount of time but I was told it could be done with no problem. Three weeks later, I am turning down freelance work because the computer has yet to be fixed. Upon several calls and relatives stopping in the shop, Doug finally just said he couldn't fix it and to take it elsewhere. He was very nasty and not understanding about the issues not having the computer back was causing me. I specified that if the amount of time was too short I would wait until I reached my new location to get someone to fix it. Now I have to drive back to pick up a still unfixed computer.
